• Provide carpentry services (framing and finish) at a Journeyman level
• Run jobs on a solo basis with the ability to supervise a team on larger projects
• Work with sub-trades in completing all projects with understanding of the completed project
• Maintain a professional report with clients
• Work with and under direction of project managers

Skills:

• Finish carpenter and cabinet-maker skills
• Holds computer skills and the ability to read blueprints
• Ability to lay out a project based on blueprints
• Proven supervisory, leadership, and mentoring skills
• A good starter and finisher of projects with good attention to detail
